Every record in IRONBOUNDS — drivers, vehicles, inspections, documents, locations — is tagged to your organization and scoped at the database layer. No carrier can ever see, query, or export another carrier's data. Period.

Your driver list, fleet roster, and operational data are yours. We do not sell, share, license, or rent them to recruiters, brokers, insurance companies, or any third party. This is contractually guaranteed in our Terms of Service.

IRONBOUNDS is not a job board. There is no public driver directory, no "search drivers" feature, and no way for outside parties to discover your roster. Drivers can only join your account by an invitation you send.

You can export all your data — drivers, vehicles, inspections, documents — at any time in standard formats. When you cancel, we permanently delete your production data within 30 days. No hostage data, ever.

All data is encrypted when sent and when stored — the same standard used by banks. Each team member only sees what their role allows (Admin, Fleet Manager, Safety Manager, Dispatcher, Driver). Every sensitive action is logged so you always know who did what. Hosted on Amazon Web Services with 99.9%+ uptime, so the platform is there when you need it.

If there is ever a data breach that affects your information, we will notify your organization within 72 hours — with full details on what happened, what data was affected, and what we are doing about it. No surprises, no delays.
