8. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be suspended
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We will delete your data according to our data retention policy

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRONBOUNDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IRONBOUNDS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
